saw mission: impossible - ghost protocol for the third time today.
do you know what’s weird? sitting in a theatre with people and having no one laugh at any of the jokes in the movie. no, really. not even simon pegg’s lines. i was like “what. do none of you have a sense of humour? are you actually all watching this with a straight face right now?”
also, i have so many new thoughts now omg, and i’ve come to the realisation that renner acted the role of brandt so well, just all these little things you notice about what he’s doing and what he’s saying and how he’s saying it.
also, did anyone else notice the split second moment where brandt laughed when ethan swerved to avoid the camels in dubai? i thought maybe i’d imagined it, but i swear to god the camera focused on him for all of three seconds while he let out a burst of laughter.
